I had a great time at the hotel, located in the heart of Bukit Bintang, making it super convenient to explore the shopping areas and food streets nearby. The rooms, controlled by iPads, were creatively designed with plenty of storage options, but a bit small. The service was incredibly kind and helpful, even though they couldn't adjust the room temperature as advertised. The hotel's dining experience, which included freshly baked cookies, exceeded my expectations. Overall, a fantastic stay with just a few minor hiccups.

I absolutely loved my stay at this hotel! The rooms were high tech and clean, with an incredible view of the Petronas towers. The service was top-notch, thanks to the super friendly and exceptionally helpful staff, special shoutout to KEREN, VIVIAN, and AISYAH for making my stay feel like home. The location couldn't have been better, with walking distance to major attractions and vibrant street markets.
